yeps, i did install X11... (panther cd 3) when i type 'startx' in the terminal, it tells me it can't find the proper commands (see below for the message i see).. it prints a message, nothing happens..
i tried doing it all over again, (reinstalled x11 & fink) but no luck.. the strange thing is, at the end of the fink installation, when the terminal window pops up to deal with the environment set up, the terminal tells me my environment is already set up correctly..
