[Fink-beginners] OS10.2 & gcc3.3

I have downloaded the August 2003 updater as described in the FAQ in 
order to upgrade to KDE 3.2 as shown in the SourceForge package info 
(requires OS10.2 & gcc 3.3 or Panther). How do I now get Fink Commander 
to recognize that I have done so and show the newer KDE version in the 
package list. I tried updating descriptions and update-all does not 
seem relevant. I have the unstable versions enabled. Thanks mucho!
