Hello,
I got a KDE 3.2 cd from Linux Format mag. Since I don't have any help files from my fink install of KDE 3.2 I thought that they may be in the cd contents. Here are the cd contents:

The big question is where the help files reside so that I can install them.

I'm not sure. If you want to check into this, you can run

tar -tvjf on all of the tar.bz2 files to see if anything looks promising.

Also, can I put the appropriate tarball in my
/src directory and then get fink to do the install or do I have to do a standard UNIX type install (assuming the file exists somewhere in the cd list). I'd really like to have the help files since I need help a lot!!

Nope. You'd have to do a manual install.

However, I'm not sure that the help files from a Linux version will work.

Thanks,

Brian
