You have an existing X11 installation in /usr/X11R6 and /etc/X11.
This package refuses to overwrite these. Remove them, then tell Fink to
install xfree86-base again. (The package won't be recompiled.)

Apparently, fink finds that you still have something in /usr/X11R6 or /etc/X11. Remove them again, check whether they are really removed, and then try to install the packages one by one, starting with xfree86-base-threaded-shlibs.
