Hi,
I checked the .info file of automake 1.6 in both the stable and unstable branches of 10.2-gcc3.3, and in both, 'Source' is actually tar.bz2
here's the info:
unstable Source: mirror:gnu:automake/automake-%v.tar.bz2
stable Source: mirror:gnu:automake/automake-%v.tar.bz2
