[Fink-beginners] Is there a problem with the Fink Download site?

I get a message from the Safari browser saying "can't download because  
the netword connection was reset, which sometimes happens occurs when  
the server is busy, try again later" but this has been the case for  
over a week now.  The page I have been going to is:
