I have a 10.3 system where I'm using Fink Commander and if I use the Run In Terminal version of the install command, I have success, but if I run the regular install command I get the "dpkg-split to see if it's part of a multiparter" error. Any idea what permissions I need to fix or what else?
Look at the path and environment settings in the FinkCommander preferences. The PATH variable needs to begin with "/sw/bin:/sw/sbin:".
