No, not verbatim anyway. This is almost exactly a year old, and in this year a lot has happened to Fink. First of all, all numbers mentioned in this paragraph should be considerably raised. And then the claim that the binary version is much more stable than the source version is not true right now. We have a very stable and reasonably up-to-date binary version, but the stable source version is even stabler, and apart from a few exceptions the unstable source version is rather stable, too. So you can choose as you wish.
