I don't know what went wrong.
We don't either, unless you tell us. You need to show the error message, not just the message that states that there were errors. It is not always immediately clear where the error message is, but in any case it comes before the part that you are showing us. If you cannot identify the error message, show the whole output, starting with the command you were giving.
