OK, here's the result of that...

Selecting previously deselected package gnome-panel.
Unpacking gnome-panel (from .../gnome-panel_2.6.2-15_darwin-powerpc.deb) ...
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /sw/var/cache/apt/archives/gnome-core_2.6.2-13_darwin-powerpc.deb
E: Sub-process /sw/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Any ideas??
