I gave a look at fink database using FinkCommander and the latest
stable and unstable have the same version.

My Fink distribution is a fresh install upon 10.4.1. I guess, starting
from your hint -that solvede my issue, thanks a lot- that the problem
arised becouse I said fink to install binary if available. Might this
be true?
