Any package with the word "buildlock" in its name is intended to be a temporary package--the purpose is to keep you from accidentally clobbering build dependencies for a package that you're working on if you run another "fink install".

So basically, if you do "fink list -t buildlock" (-t so that you can see the whole name) when you're not in the middle of a build, you can and should remove any such packages.
