that I need to get some of that straightened out. Wow, the
compilation process is much more complicated than any C++ program I
made in class! Nevertheless, I appreciate your efforts.

package of SciGraphica. And installing the program from source would

If you want to challenge installing it with help from Fink, first
install the requirements
(http://scigraphica.sourceforge.net/download.html). Type in Terminal:
fink install gtk+2 gtk+2-shlibs gtk+2-dev gtk+extra17
gtk+extra17-shlibs python23 python23-shlibs python23-socket
numeric-py23 libxml
then compile SciGraphica. To do this, go inside SciGraphic
directory and type:
export CFLAGS=-I/sw/include
export LDFLAGS=-L/sw/lib
export CXXFLAGS=$CFLAGS
export CPPFLAGS=$CXXFLAGS
export ACLOCAL_FLAGS="-I /sw/share/aclocal"
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH="/sw/lib/pkgconfig"
export SG_PLUGIN_PATH=/usr/lib/scigraphica/2.0.0/plugins
./configure
make
sudo make install
This may take a few hours, and you will probably encouter an error(s)
during the process.
