You can ignore those.

I just upgraded vte to 0.11.13. It's ChangeLog notes: "update to
DocBook XML 4.1.2 DTD", which might solve this problem.
OTOH, the patch to solve the libJPEG linker error no longer applies. I
*hope* that's because it's no longer needed. But if someone who has
observed that bug could try:
1. Use the 0.11.10 .info, remove the PatchScript, verify that the build
fails
2. Use the 0.11.13 .info, verify that it builds
that'd be a big peace-of-mind as this same issue applies to other
package upgrades.
