No it is the same error as before.
Downloading the file "fink-0.24.10.tar.gz" failed.

...which is a different error from what you had before. So this could still be a network problem either on the server side or on your side or in between.

You can manually download the file, for example from the URL

http://distfiles.bru.be.eu.finkmirrors.net/fink-0.24.10.tar.gz

Put it into /sw/src/ where postinstall.pl will then find it.

Should I remove fink and reinstall the whole thing again?

That's another possibility.
