I saw that too (10.3/unstable) with both 1.7.5-2 and 1.7.5-3, regardless of which I install and regardless of which is already installed. The error comes from /sw/lib/mozilla/regxpcom, which is run by the "update-mozilla-chrome" script. No idea what it's actually doing there though.
