Looks like regxpcom (or something that it runs) is having trouble
locating mozilla's libdir...the 'sudo' is losing the DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH
setting. I can hack update-mozilla-chrome to make it work, but clearly
there must be a reason it is the way it is now, the current way must
have worked at some point, and mozilla's binaries should have their
shared-library paths hard-coded anyway. Weird.
