I have run "fink self-update" and tried again without success. On the web, the FAQ did not mention this error, but I found a similar discussion in this very mailing list from last year, but it seems either it was a dud or I am bad at finding its followup answers. Is somebody familiar with this compiling problem? Has is been answered already and I just couldn't find it?
I am using OSX 10.4.7, Fink Commander with Fink Package manager version: 0.24.26, Distribution version: 0.8.1.rsync powerpc, and Apple's X11 1.1.
