On the compiler command line leading to this, do you see -F/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreFoundation.framework ? If yes, do you have the file /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreFoundation.framework/Headers/CoreFoundation.h where Headers is actually a symlink to Versions/Current/Headers, and Current is a symlink to A?
