I think the obvious answers are 1) you don't have (open)ssh installed
via fink, and 2) the system's version is newer than fink's.

(and btw, the original post on the x11-users list did NOT mention
fink; it was suggested to be macports or fink by Brian Campbell who
does *NOT* know whether finks' openssh is affected....)
