Hi, Since I have installed Emacs22 and no more using emacs21, I am trying to remove the latter vie Fin Commander. Apparently, nothing is happening except for a message
"Running /sw/bin/apt-get -q0 -f remove emacs21 The whole process is running now for about an hour, without noticable HDD activity (except for that I am causing by writing this mail). Is there something going wrong? Should I terminate the process? Or just continue waiting, even if nothing happens over the whole night? May a soft termination by disconnecting from the internet be a possible way out of the apparent infinite loop? Any hints what's going on there?
