Hello Martin,
my X11 version ("about"): X11 1.0 - XFree86 4.3.0
The fontconfig.h file does not exist on my computer. I searched with
locate (which I update every day). Even the directory fontconfig does
not exist.
I include the locate fontconfig in this mail.
