There was an upgrade of the X11SDK.pkg in 2004 that came with Xcode-1.2. If you do Fink on MacOSX 10.3, you should in principle have xcode-1.5 installed, and I think it also came with the updated X11SDK.pkg. You can download xcode-1.5 from http://developer.apple.com (372MB). I don't think you can download X11SDK.pkg (5MB) separately. For X11 on OSX 10.3, the X11User.pkg can be downloaded directly from Apple's download site (54MB), but I don't see X11SDK.pkg there. If all else fails, I can send you a version of X11SDK.pkg I have here, I think from xcode-1.2.
