This looks bad, right from the beginning:

I suspect that this is the cause of all the errors that follow.

I don't know why this is happening, so I am fishing in the dark: Do you 
perhaps already have a digikam process running? Or some other kde 
application? Maybe something that was stopped non-gracefully? You could 
also try to manully remove that file /private/var/folders/..../_0.
