Hi Ben & Javier,

thanks for your hint, i have overlooked that apparently. Still, the  
error message in the binary is misleading as it says that 10.4 or  
newer is required (at least in the german version). As it appears from  
the check script I found in the mean time, it does only check for 10.4  
and should give an accordant message, IMHO.
