It looks like you had the unofficial X11 2.2.3 update from
macosforge.org at one point and the missing file got downgraded by an
official software update. Either reinstall X11 2.2.3 or you're going
to have to rebuild quite a few packages--anything that links to
libpng12*.dylib .
