Ah; I get the same thing, after looking.  Upon consulting the mailing
list logs I found

1)  This breakage is known.
2)  There's a more current svn available
3)  This particular version of svn is only needed for kdevelop
4)  kdevelop needs some fixing, too.

However, it appears that this version of svn did indeed build at one
point on 10.5, so I'll point you at an unofficial binary repository:
