You would make a local copy of the molmol package files by...
cd /sw/fink/10.4/unstable/main/finkinfo/sci
cp molmol.* /sw/fink/10.4/local/main/finkinfo
cd /sw/fink/10.4/local/main/finkinfo
now edit molmol.info, bump the revision by one and
change the instances of openmotif4 to openmotif3 for
Depends and BuildDepends.
