Glenn,
Yes, I would ask the current fink maintainer to revert the motif for
the molmol package to openmotif3. I don't believe, when I last looked at
the build, that there were any obvious warnings which might help identify
changes in the motif API between openmotif 2.2 and 2.3. I'll take another
look at the issue but it may not be trivial to find the problem.
