Dear users, Sorry for this very simple question but, could someone please help me to get coot (0.6-pre-1-revision-2 Crystallographic molecular graphics) version 0.6-pre-1-revision-2450-1 on my OSX 10.6.1?
I have the unstable branch enabled; did fink selfupdate-rsync; fink scanpackages; sudo apt-get update and fink update-all... but when I launch fink install coot I got the following error message: grep: /usr/X11/lib/libXrender.la: No such file or directory /sw64/bin/sed: can't read /usr/X11/lib/libXrender.la: No such file or directory libtool: link: `/usr/X11/lib/libXrender.la' is not a valid libtool archive make: *** [pangocairo.la] Error 1 ### execution of make failed, exit code 2 Removing runtime build-lock... Removing build-lock package... /sw64/bin/dpkg-lockwait -r fink-buildlock-pygtk2-gtk-py26-2.15.2-1 (Reading database ... 78357 files and directories currently installed.) Removing fink-buildlock-pygtk2-gtk-py26-2.15.2-1 ... Failed: phase compiling: pygtk2-gtk-py26-2.15.2-1 failed Is there a log file that I could have a look?
