I'm assuming you're on an IPv6 network and some router is not being  
able to route to IPv4. It could be the case that the mirrors you were  
able to download from (e.g. easynews.dl.sourceforge.net) can be  
reached by your machine via IPv6 alone. Anyway, it looks like an IPV6  
related networking problem on your side.
