Nope.  There's a surprising lack of generality in how packages build.
You need to report the issue individually for each package you
encounter, because they typically have to be fixed individually.

One other issue:  are you doing your " . /sw64/bin/init.sh" in a shell
environment where your 32-bit Fink is active?  If so, you may be
experiencing errors from crosstalk.
