Welcome to the fink project. The link provided from the SocNetV SourceForge project page takes one to the package description in the fink package database: http://pdb.finkproject.org/pdb/package.php/socnetv As is reflected on that page, the package is only available in the "unstable" tree of each platform. By the way, which operating system and platform are you on? This means that you will need to enable the unstable tree per this faq: http://www.finkproject.org/faq/usage-fink.php?phpLang=en#unstable ... and then use "fink install socnetv" to install your package. Bear in mind that there may be a lot of other packages upon which this one depends and so they may need to be (built and) installed first. Good luck and let us know how it goes or where you get stuck, Robert ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Palm PDK Hot Apps Program offers developers who use the Plug-In Development Kit to bring their C/C++ apps to Palm for a share of $1 Million in cash or HP Products.
