You can't use Fink.

Get VirtualBox from www.virtualbox.org. (Free; Parallels and VMWare cost 
money.) Install a version of Linux, preferably the one the ATP authors 
recommend and built on. (Linux's are supposed to be binary compatible, but...) 
Run ATP under that.
