Right, because the test that fink uses to define the "x11" virtual
package has been satisfied. Now there's something else missing.

In the OpenGL test section I get:

- - checking for header GL/gl.h... found in /usr/X11R6/include
- - checking for library libGL.dylib... found in /usr/X11R6/lib
  - system-xfree86-dev provides libgl-dev
- - checking for library libXft.1.dylib... missing

So it looks like you're missing /usr/X11/include/GL/gl.h

Try reinstalling the X11 SDK from Xcode. For some reason Apple's
installer seems sometimes to miss some of the files in a package.
