Thanks, editing these lines solved the problem.
btw, I had renames gcc, so I could easily return everything to the original
state.
However, on a separate note I found out that fink doesn't support bioperl for
perl5.12.4 (which is what comes with OS 10.8.4, so it was useless anyways.
