Fink doesn’t install an app. It’s a command-line tool. Does the terminal respond “fink: command not found"? If so there are a couple of things to try: 1) Open a new terminal window. The installation process doesn’t change the environment of a running terminal session, so it won’t know about fink. 2) If that doesn’t work, try running /sw/bin/pathsetup.sh in your terminal window. That will set up Fink’s environment. Then open a new terminal. -- Alexander Hansen, Ph.D. Fink User Liaison ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ BPM Camp - Free Virtual Workshop May 6th at 10am PDT/1PM EDT Develop your own process in accordance with the BPMN 2 standard Learn Process modeling best practices with Bonita BPM through live exercises http://www.bonitasoft.com/be-part-of-it/events/bpm-camp-virtual- event?utm_ source=Sourceforge_BPM_Camp_5_6_15&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=VA_SF _______________________________________________ Fink-beginners mailing list Fink-beginners@lists.sourceforge.net List archive: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.os.apple.fink.beginners Subscription management: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/fink-beginners
