The program name is 'fink', not 'flink'. Make sure you're using the proper name. If you are using the correct name, your system environment might not be set up properly and so the Terminal doesn't know yet that you installed fink (the Fink manager does not have an official app). Have you opened a new Terminal window after installing fink? If you have, have you run the following command: /sw/bin/pathsetup.sh ?
