Should we do a quickie fink-0.39.0 release to provide support for El Capitan immediately, defer doing a full update of the internal docs in the tarball until afterward, and continue cleaning up the 10.9-libcxx tree as we go, or should we instead wait until 10.9-libcxx is nicely cleaned up?
