I don't know how easy it is to build the updated PHP. If someone has any trouble though, OpenOSX apparently does include source with their CDs, so you should be able to grab their patches from there if you have the CD. Actually, they're even distributing an updated binary version via their website, at http://www.openosx.com/support/index.html, so you should be able to download the binary, and then request source (including their patches)--by the GPL they'd be obligated to give it to you. It shouldn't matter that they say support will only be provided to people who have the CD, if you can get your hands on the binary they must give you the source. Of course we'd need someone who knows enough about PHP to configure the build and such.
