OK, I can confirm that simply upgrading to mozilla-0.9.9-4 does not repair
the problem, but by manually running "sudo chown drm:staff /Users/drm/.mozilla"
I was able to get it to run.

Next, I tried manually deleting /Users/drm/.mozilla and then reinstalling
mozilla. This also worked fine. So I am guessing that the permissions
problem was created by a previous version of mozilla.

Maybe what we need is a pre-install script which checks for the existence
of /Users/*/.mozilla, and maybe also checks permissions there, and warns
the user that there may be problems unless some action is taken.
