Ok, I just completed installing fink according to the directions at this
site:
http://fink.sourceforge.net/news/jag-bootstrap.php

is failing.

So, to recap. I downloaded the source installation, untarred it, ran
bootstrap.sh, edited /sw/etc/fink.conf and added the unstable/main and
unstable/crypto trees. I then did fink selfupdate-cvs and fink update-all.
When setting up bootstrap.sh I select to have it run using sudo, to use /sw
and select my country as US and the defaults for GNOME and other servers.
When I setup fink selfupdate-cvs I use the defaults: run cvs as my user,
have it use anonymous login.

It appears to be working first try this time. Perhaps because of the change
Justin just made? The only thing I can think of is that perhaps the
directions on the webpage are screwing me up. I noticed that it tells me to
have both the stable and unstable distributions listed. Is this correct?
