house experts I am now proposing my second version of the survey to the

Right now I have 18 Questions that need to be answered. I did a test
run at work and the people I showed this to took about 8 to 10 minutes
for completion. I personally think that is an acceptable value. Please
review this carefully again.
I would like to add, that I am recording the email only because I wish
to be able to contact those people who answer the question "How would
you like to help fink". I am not going to make that a mandatory
answer, because I will explicitly state in the header why the email is
being recorded.
The header will have the following key points explained.
a) Why the data is being collected
b) That it is not being passed on in its raw form
c) That it might be show to third parties in a filtered way
d) It will ask for consent
e) It will explain why the age and email are being recorded along with
the occupation
