convert SGML to PDF. However I would like to add a little note. If you
can avoid SGML, then do not use it. tex/LaTeX and pdf support is
extremely good on Mac os X and if you can, favour it at all cost. There
should be tools to translate SGML --> LaTeX. Would that be an option?
