I bet what you downloaded is an html error message. As I said before, this file doesn't exist on the servers any more. I don't think it is worth being conserved on the fink server (although it exists in the sources directory for the bindist, of course), so I just replaced the package description on stable CVS by the version 3.5.6 from unstable that does exist on the servers. The changes between siag-3.5.2 and 3.5.6 are mainly minor bug fixes. 3.5.7 has some new stuff I am not yet quite sure how or if it works, so this is only in unstable for now.
