Uhh especially here. Think spam abuse. Plus you must get the permission of all maintainers if you want to publish their email address somehow. I have no clue what you actually meant here, though, hence before I say anything more i'll wait for you to clarify it.
* A way to cleanup only source files that do not have .info files available, or are a certain age.
