Yes. The same seems to happen with source URLs of the form


Source: file:///Users/Shared/foo.tar.gz

that apparently used to work and now don't. See the last messages in the "WARNING messages on installations" thread. Definitely a bug.

Well, while it's a bug, it's a bug which is only uncovered by buggy packages. Using file:// URLS or using "Source: %n-%v.tar.gz" is *not* valid for package in the stable or unstable tree.
