How do you get fink to issue this command? What does the "Source" field in your info file look like?
Instead of using file:// just
- Specify an FetchAltDir: /Users/me in fink.conf - put it in /sw/src - put a link to it in /sw/src
file:// was never supported, it was chance that it worked.
