it has to do with fink cvs and the new percent expand stuff, I think specifically it has to do with the last change made by Dan Macks which I don't fully understand. I'll look at it but since I don't understand Dan Macks changes he'd be best to look at it too I'd think.

I guess it is the * in the "TarFilesRename:  BladeEnc.*"
The use of wildcards is explicitly allowed in the docs though.
