I don't know much about gettext, so here's my chance to end this naivete: are locale/$LANG/LC_MESSAGES files needed at run-time by whatever library spawned them or just at compile-time when linking against it? They are currently in atk1. > I'm planning to add a routine to Validation.pm which looks to see if > the package provides headers, and if so, checks to see if > BuildDependsOnly:true has been set. (putting both headers and userland programs in %N rather than using -dev and/or -bin splitoffs). dan -- Daniel Macks [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.netspace.org/~dmacks ------------------------------------------------------- The SF.Net email is sponsored by EclipseCon 2004 Premiere Conference on Open Tools Development and Integration See the breadth of Eclipse activity.
